Description:
Composed of various sizes of the plates and screws. Fixation is achieved by inserting a bone screw through the hole in the plate into the cervical vertebral body. The plate includes an anti-backup clip that covers the head of the bone screw to reduce the possibility of the screw back out. The clip has been pre-assembled onto the plate.
Characteristics:
1. Low profile, reduce soft tissue and esophageal irritation;
2. Semi-curved clip design to effectively prevent the screw back out;
3. Small holes at both ends for temporary fixation;
4. Variable angle design of the screws, cranial-caudal 14°, medial-lateral 7°.
